9 really easy miles. It's always interesting to see how long I can putter along at low 13x HR and the answer seems to be about 6 miles at which point it just starts going up a little. Opted to give a "fast finish" to the last mile but it was directly into the 20mph sustained wind lol.
On a side note the right hammy niggled a little around mile 9 & 10. Going to have to watch for that. I didn't feel great getting out of bed today and the RHR is high (58!!) . I think Suunto changed how they measure that but it's a bit worrying.
p.s. I did have eggnog w / booze last night so that might be part of it and recovering from the 3 hours of sleep the night before is also part of it but the RHR should be 42-44 so 58 is crazy. That said for about 3 weeks now I've been in the 48-55 range so maybe this ear infection is worth looking into.
