5xmile on 3 min rest (a ton)

Didn't feel great in warmup until the 2min@T and then felt incredibly smooth and quick. Despite the strides not being super fast that smoothness carried over to the workout and they were all controlled solid threshold level efforts until rep 5 when I push at the end and the right leg started locking up.

Calf was trouble before the run but didn't bother me during. Sore afterwards. I will need time off after the race.
