8 mile warm up followed by 10x400 with 400 jog rest. Run the 400s 75-78 and the 400 jog from 6:00 to 6:30 pace.

At the track with flats. Felt pretty good. The last two I seemed to be working, and the rest 400s started taking a little longer towards the end, but I probably ran the first rest 400s a little too fast. Overall, not too bad.
I could feel the right hip flexors a little on this one.
