Felt like running, though it's only two days after Buffalo. Indeed, my legs were still tired from Sunday's race. In the first half mile, I was questioning whether I should do the planned four miles, but kept telling myself it'll get better. Indeed, by mile three, I began to hit my stride, and it felt good from there on. I didn't run particularly hard, but I'm pretty sure it was a negative split. It's all good.
