Notes

Full weights, elliptical 40', 4.2 miles, swim 3 laps. I decided I have been neglecting my cross-training, so did elliptical instead of an actual run. Based on feeling during and after, I think it was a good decision. After all, this kind of training worked stunningly well for the previous two races.
