Foggy, quiet, and pleasant. I learned that weeping willow may have more meaning than just the droopy leaves. Always on the lookout for skunks, but didn't see any this time. One runner, three walkers, but not the usual couple.
My ankle/foot had been sore after the long run, to the point that I didn't run yesterday, and it was still a bit sore this morning, so I was very aware of it as I ran, and made a special effort to keep it relaxed. That's a challenge when you're landing on it every two steps. Also, giving it lots of massage post-run. Still using the 2-3 cadence and liking it. Not feeling tired during or after run; just refreshed.
