Second run in new shoes. I was not energetic, due to fatigue from work or food on stomach; nonetheless, time was good. Felt a bit like running through molasses. Took several short walking breaks. Having said that, I felt a lot more comfortable in the shoes than I did on the first run. Maybe I was fighting them less. No significant discomfort in legs or knees. Feet felt a little like standing on a bar, and feel more tired afterward. Knees much better than they have been. No cramped toe soreness, either.
