Notes

Run #3 in new shoes. 58 degrees, ran in shorts & t-shirt. No molasses effect this time, although it was after work. I drank 8 oz. OJ before running. Had some right ankle discomfort in mile 4. Tried to work through it by relaxing and loosening up, then right knee complained in mile 5. Again, worked through it by stretching stride. Interestingly, mile 6 wasn't bad, although it's the longest climb. Didn't feel O2 deficient at all.
