Foggy morning, great conditions for a workout: Hill workout - 5 x up/down/up/down loop. Started out feeling much better than our last major hill workout, perhaps we started out slower but I'm not sure. I was feeling good and lead a couple times. On the 2nd downhill of the 4th repeat (nearly done) I twisted my ankle pretty bad, probably worst sprain in a couple years. I walked for a minute before starting to jog and I was feeling confident enough to go by the time we started the 5th repeat. Finished feeling good, likely could have ripped another one.

I knew once I stopped running my ankle would swell, now we see how bad it gets. Also, of course it was my right ankle; I seem to be systematically destroying my whole right leg.
