Notes
Met Adam at his temp home in Boulder, then drove up the road to Boulder Canyon. I had eyed up Watermark as our destination, and that would be a great choice other than finding the right parking lot. I did my first tyrolean traverse, that was fun.
We found the right crag pretty easily, with 2 couples there (1 leaving). After figuring out the route we were on, I led Road to Isengard, 5.7, a fun slab.
Adam led The Memory of Trees, 5.9. We thought it was 5.8 but Adam pushed through the roof crux. An ideal 5.9 really.
My turn for Lothlorien, 5.8. A pretty easy but fun slab.
Adam finished with Twin Peaks, 5.10a. He took a few times, but it would be worth trying again.
