Notes

I started the 5k of the run trying to force some speed out of my legs, which didn't really work. Legs had no spring to them and were pretty heavy, not that it wasn't expected. Slowly felt better and picked up the pace - not quite like my last adventure race that started off much slower and finished near sprinting. Timed myself at 19:30. With each cool-down mile, my body was getting hotter and in more need of food/water. Glad to get the 8 miles in though. Nothing too special about the running today, but got a good entire body workout.
