Last hill workout, it didn't start off well. 1st rep my left calf nearly gave out on me, 2nd rep I could barely lift my knees by the end, 3rd rep felt better and 4th went fine as well. Though the worst part might have been the cool-down as it was into the wind and I took the bike path which was full of snow. I went this way because I was already longer than I wanted if I was going to double today.
