Not as nice out as yesterday morning, I could feel the heavy air today and was soaking through the shorts (and 1 sock) pretty early. I didn't have a plan for a workout but my first priority was to check if the trails were alright (nope, still slick). Then I wished I had brought my flats.. oh well.
Started with a 2 mile tempo, which ended up meaning not much faster than 6min pace. Then some random pickups before doing a mile of 30sec on / 30sec off. That was feeling like plenty but finished with a long stride over the Grey's Lake bridge; plenty tired but not nearing destruction.
