Notes
Did a "bare-bones" loop of Sycamore, as in, this is the least amount of miles I can run while still doing the complete figure-8 (no add-ons). I wasn't expecting my stomach to be very supportive of this run, but I took it easy enough not to matter. Some temporary calf and foot pains lately.
Trails were a great idea. The bike path was solid ice and I avoided the wind. The snow on the trail was nice and packed down by fat bikers. Though it was still somewhat icy at times.
