Almost didn't even get 1 run in on vacation (if you even count 3 miles). I got out the door and it didn't really seem like I'd taken 4 days off, at least not for my achilles. It was still annoying. 1 bright spot, I stopped at my 1.5mile turnaround to try walking and I did actually feel much better after that.
