Drove down to Solon with Helix and Drew to see Chase's new place.
Weird conditions on this run. Started off terribly humid with no shade. Made it to the limestone right when the brief rainstorm hit. It remained cool or we were in the shade until the last mile when it was back to all sunshine.
Still, the rain and slower pace felt good and one of the few runs lately where I finished feeling better than I started. 5 strides.
