Here's the breakdown: 20 min WU was @12:42 for 1.55 mi., Fartlek faster bit #1 @7:40, #2 @8:12, #3 @8:08, #4 @8:57, #5 @8:31, #6 @7:49, #7 @7:55 and #8 @8:13. 20 min CD @12:30 for 1.59 mi. Very windy out so grateful it wasn't a ride day! According to Whoop, recovery is normal. It says "building aerobic capacity. You spent 30 minutes at 80-90% of you max HR." It gave this a 14.7 Strain Score.
