400 Results:
1) 1:16 (5:05) - Didn't notice until 300 meters, then too late. Thinking I may have screwed the whole workout.
2) 1:23 (5:33) - Feeling the first one.
3) 1:22 (5:31) - Some recovery.
4) 1:20 (5:23) - Overall best one. Fastest set of 400s in log.
800 Results:
(1) 0:38 / (2) 0:39 / (3) 0:39 / (4) 0:38 / (5) 0:38 / (6) 0:37 / (7) 0:37 / (8) 0:38. Pace range of 5:09 - 5:24.
