Temp 51 Wind 7 mph.

Easy 30:00 Minutes with Drills and Strides. Only Wednesday morning and already out of gas for the week...work and life stuff. Dark. Can barely see the street. Difficult to focus, so stayed in the neighborhood.

Went ahead and did lower body strength workout after run to allow few more hours recovery time. No weights and cut-back on reps. One-Leg Squats, Single Leg Dead Lifts, Walking Lunges, Hip Flexor Kicks onto Box, Hip Flexor Yoga, and Hip Hikes.
