Primary = 4 x 0:50-0:55 second hill repeats, walk to top of hill, jog down, hit a strider, and then jog/walk until starting a new rep every 5:00 minutes. Light traffic and able to run on street rather than sidewalk trail, so used hill on Orchard Drive.
Down = 1.24 miles at 9:06 average pace.
