Twenty minutes at Easy Effort. Still outrunning the soreness from doing Speed Work. Do feel a little fatigue. Checked down the pace to 9 m/m. Day off tomorrow to start race day prep.
Worked hip flexors and shoulders on the weights. Did the shoulders with intensity, but slow, strict, and gentle.
Like July, just a little shy of 200 miles for the month. Not a specific goal, but does put into perspective the effort and dedication of the RAers who put in this kind of mileage month in and month out.
