Easy 50:00 with Drills and Strides. Early start to steal a dry outside run between showers, rain, and storms. Win. Muscles spent after hard workout; otherwise sharp and crisp. Averaged 8:35 pace on the jog. About 15:00 minutes of low impact drills mixed in with about half a dozen short strides. Back to despising the K5s. Dime, nickel, and three pennies.
