Temp 46 (42) Wind 8 mph.
Hill Repeats. Near-perfect morning for a workout. Too many Thursday hours in the car = a Friday stiff and achy back (along with some adjoining parts). Extended warm-up of 3.10 miles in 27:01. Two surges towards the end.
Workout is 6 x 60 Second Hill Repeats:
Repeats 1 & 3 -- Springing / Running
Repeats 2 & 4 -- Bounding / Running
Repeats 5 & 6 -- Running
4:00 Minute Intervals -- Jog down the hill, hit a strider, then walk the remaining time.
Had not done these in several weeks, so first one had some "re-learning curve" moments. After that, was spot on.
Cool-down of 2.10 miles in 18:33. No coins today, but did come home with a big-money workout under my belt.
