Cool-down with Marc R. Jog over to 8-Mile HM water station to check on Hammer. CBEM co-founder running 7th. Ends up finishing with 1:21:32 PR today. 7th OA and 1st Masters. Solid effort.
Jogged back to HP for awards ceremony. Came home and went back out for a loop around City Park. Getting the head around what needs to be done and what is next.
