Recovery Run. Perfect remedy for yesterday's beat-down. Pace progressed from 10:26 m/m painful fast walk to a 9:32 m/m smooth glide. Second day in a row without quad issues. Know its not 100%, so not even thinking about doing something stupid between now and Friday's race.
Plan to do weight workout tonight. Tricep / back supersets with core exercises and stretching.
