Easy 20:00 Minutes with Four Short Strides. Focused jogging with strict form. Purposely ran all four strides directly into headwind to work on relaxing and holding form. Hitting stride in the 7:00 to 6:40 range depending on timing of gusts.
Appears the storms will have past, but leaving behind rain, warm muggy air, and wind. Biggest obstacle may be getting there in one piece.
