Owned this one today! Ran 11 miles at slightly lower HR (137 vs. 140) than last week's 10 miler. Pace improved

23 seconds per mile. HR did not begin to drift up until after 8 miles. Physical fatigue did not hit until nearly 10 miles in. Most splits in 9:10 to 9:30 range with fastest 9:07 (the downhill mile) and slowest 9:45 (mile 1).

Came up with this route Friday night. Figured out by Saturday morning that the first 6 miles were not going to do myself any favors. Felt great to finish those off the way I did. Cheap Asics I bought to train in have broken in well.
