Temp 73 Wind 4 mph.
40:00 Minute Run/Walk. Raining. Got in 4 x point-to-point neighborhood loops before the lightning started. Probably for the better to cut it short today. Noticeable difference running on concrete in these hard-soled Fastwitch 9s than the softer soled 8s from yesterday. Was starting to feel some fatigue from the extra jarring and day two of back-to-back runs. Overall, still obvious signs of progress this week.
Break from running tomorrow to increase intensity of ancillary support work and PTs. Back at it Friday.
