Appx. 5:35 mile pace. Few seconds faster than McMillan "Speed" pace. All faster than my best 400 since I've been keeping log.

Head was foggy. Stomach churning some today before run. Did not feel smooth, but numbers were there. Made sure these were RUNS...NOT SPRINTS.
