Notes

Recovery Run. Started at 10:00 m/m pace on 1.5% grade. Progressed pace every five minutes. Finished up with stretching and core exercises. Apparent false alarm on HS/glute/groin. Yeah, I mis-stepped and felt a twinge, but soreness looking more and more like its from Sunday Long Run and weightlifting. Very close to normal today, and last 24-hour progress feels like "recovery" rather than "healing". Absent the intense all day ass-sitting, I'd probably be 100%.
