Temp 23 (WC 18) Wind 4 mph.

Long Run. Two entries to track shoe miles. Mile Repeat Session. Original plan was 4 x 1 mile repeats at 6:50 / 6:40 / and two south of 6:30. 3:00 minute jog intervals. Had to change routes, so will be running these on hilly roads versus the typical flat Arena Park loop.

6:48 / 6:40 / 6:30. Going to be a bear to hit another 6:30, so make the most of it and cut the last interval down from 3:00 minutes to 2:00 minutes and let the pace fall where it falls. 6:34. These tell me what I need to know. Back-end fitness still has a ways to go, especially for a 10K.
