Temp 30 (WC 24) Wind 7 mph.
Recovery Run. Big loop around the neighborhood, then over to the Middle School parking lot for some drills and mild striders (6:XX). During the drills, could feel all the hitches melting out of the legs. Smooth trip home.
Pre-Run: Stretching, HS PT, Plyo, Hip Flexor Kicks, Lunges, and Core Exercises. Will finish up here shortly with a weight workout (biceps and triceps).
