Temp 49 (WC 44) Wind 13 mph.

Rainy morning, so flip-flopped workouts. Weights in the a.m. Supersets of wide-stance squats, hip flexor kicks, lunges, and dumbbell squats. Core exercises and stretching.

Short and easy tonight to aid in recovery. Two days of high volume, weights, and lots of driving today. Little sore. Lower legs, more so around R ankle. Outer R quad and R HS also stiff and tight. Should expect it. Next quality work scheduled for Thursday.

Had to share the roads tonight. Counted 8 others out running. Cool.
