Temp 44 (WC 36) Wind 19 mph.
Not in the mood to run 10+ miles solo in the rain and wind. Go into Cape for the Ghisallo Group Run. Not very many people interested in running in the rain and wind at all. Del, Adam L., Schmiz, Shannon A. and me.
We head out from the store, pick up the Cape LaCroix on Hopper and take it to the Shawnee Soccer Complex. Schmiz and Shannon turn around and head back. Three of us continue on to Southern Expressway, to the river, back through downtown and back to the store via Broadway.
Got in the work I needed to get. Not near as miserable as it would have been. Wet, wind beat dog at end.
