Hill Circuits. About ten available training days remaining to gain benefits from the work. Important week and uncertain weather, so have Plan A and Plan B in place. Frigid morning. Training muscular system, so not a big deal...other than my insistence on doing this workout in shorts.

Up = 1.87 miles at 8:41 average pace with two surges.

Hill Circuits = Five.

Down = 1.21 miles at 9:17 average pace.

Time spent jogging before and after primary workout cut short(er) to get inside out of the artic air. Good static stretch out with rolling post-run.
