Recovery Run. Crappy afternoon to be a runner. Glad to only have to be one for a short time. Still wanting to spit snow here and there.

Tuesday PM Weights: Dumbbell squats, wide-stance squats, and lunges.

Wednesday AM: HS PT and core exercises.
