Temp 38 (32) Wind 10 mph.
30/30 Workout. Something new today. Waiting for snow to melt off roads, so start with lifting, core, and HS PT.
Onto the stationary bike. 6:00 minutes warm-up, then 4 x 3:00 on / 3:00 off. 1st @ 100-105 rpms, then 110+ rpms, 115+ rpms, and last one at 120+ rpms. Wow, I can do that workout without tipping over on my el-cheapo bike/glider!!
Toss on the gear and out the door for a 30:00 minute easy run. Sun starting to poke through and sky is crystal blue clear by the time I finish. Zoned out and ran overtime.
