Temp 27 (27) WInds Calm.
Easy Effort with Drills and Striders. Typical late December morning. Cold with a heavy frost. No wind, so don't even notice. Over to the track for full drill and strider set including plyo running drill set.
Pre-run stretching and HS PT. Post run, more HS PT, more plyo, pull-ups, push-ups, core, lunges, and light wide-stance squats. Getting it in early so I can relax and exhale rest of day after long week and weekend.
