Back to Back Long Run Day One. Big itinerary for the day, so have to get after it early. Ran on the hotel TM until the sun started to peek above the horizon. Belt at 1%. Boring hour, but at least the equipment was nice (Precor).
Out on the trail to finish the morning. Ran all three hours on sports drink only today. Some litterbug left a $10.00 bill in the middle of the trail...had to pick it up. Quarter and a nickel on the streets.
