Temp 43 (38) WInd 7 mph.

Easy Run with Drills and Striders. Jog to track for full and extended drill and strider set. Jog home. Immune system feeling like it may be on the edge last few days. Will probably skip upper-body lift session tonight to avoid additional (and non-running) stress. Do not remember the last Tuesday I've had the track all to myself. Either everyone has done what they were training for, or New Year's Resolution Season is officially over.
