Hour @ Easy Effort. Temperature almost sane again. Today should be the big thaw. Legs seem fresh and to have some pop. May have had another 0:15-0:30 seconds per mile in there today, but have promised to take it extra easy for two weeks. Get the chance to move fast soon enough.
150+ reps on shoulders last night. Intense core. Stretched legs.
