Temp 73 Wind 6 mph. Humid.
Day one of prep for 10-Miler which has now been pushed back a day to 7/19. Works better for me. Golden opportunity here; can long run at slow pace after racing and safely "trash" the legs. I'll allow a couple recovery days and do it again with a Tempo workout on Wednesday, then come back with a slower and longer Long Run next Sunday. This will allow week's worth of easy miles before having to race two times in a three day period.
First six was running in low 10s. Started hitting mid to high 9's in the last four. Real happy with overall effort.
