Volume week continues with one hour at Easy Effort. Rain started end of mile one. Steady to a drizzle throughout. Tweeked shoulder / trap last night while racking bar after decline bench press set. May have actually helped run. Was uncomfortable to run unless shoulders were relaxed. Smooth stride start to finish. Pace progressed from mid to low 9s. Good training run.
