Temp 28 (28) Winds Calm.
Long Run. GC tweeks HS on track Friday, so I'm solo. Always good to do an occasional two hour run. Extra recovery day before next workout, so today is just as good as any. First to the high school for a few drills and striders to get rolling. Leave the parking lot with 58 cents, but still needing a nickel for the cycle. 90 minutes, 10 miles, and 13 cents later, still no nickel. Bummer. Frosty sock hat and frosty whiskers. Polished off a bucket of Cheerios to cap the morning.
