Post-Race Long Run. Good crew today. CBEM, Father Joe, and The Force. Interesting weather, and temps cooled as we went. Out and back on the trail, light drill set, a couple of striders, then jogged it out.
Quarter, two dimes, and a nickel. Back at base and Shannon shows me the penny laying by a picnic table. Hammer breaks "the streak" and claims the coveted CBEM shoe box.
