With lower body lift and core. Although put in quite a bit of running this morning, this was intended to be my primary (harder) workout for the day:
Circuit #1: 3 x deadlifts / full squats / core.
Circuit #2: 2 x one-leg deadlifts / one-leg squats / hip flexor kicks.
Blues and Devils tonight, so can save the rolling for later. Not as boring if done with hockey.
