Temp 64 Wind 14 mph. Gusts 22 mph.

Recovery Day. Static and dynamic stretches, HS PT, and core exercises. Medium-lenght Recovery Run with drill and strider set in the middle. Legs on the dead side; however, no soreness or dings to speak of. Have put a lot of stimulus on them the last 14 days. Could not have asked for and received more out of 'em than what they gave me. R toe has been an non-issue last two days. Know it will be hurting Saturday afternon. Time for a day off.
