Temp 39 Winds Calm.

30:00 Minute Easy Run. Something "normal" about going out on a Sunday morning for a run. Old men like "normal". Will be better when the whole CBEM crew is back up and back at it.

Prepared for several things: (1) Have to deal with mild soreness and fatigue in legs from recent bike intervals, (2) Need to focus on form, short strides, and soft landings, and (3) Fact that most of any aerobic weakness or out-of-shape sensations will just be "in my head" and are not real.

Relaxed, focused, and ran strong. Except for kicking my right ankle with my left forefoot here and there, stride was very fluid. Let the pace come to me over hilly terrain and ran splits of 7:47 / 7:32 / 7:35 / 7:38. Paused several times in miles three and four to pick up coins, so was pretty much locked in at 7:30ish. Dime and eleven pennies.

Could have easily gone another 15:00 - 30:00 minutes at this effort and not slowed down...but hey; in due time.

Post-Run: Deadlifts, one-leg squats, core, and sciatica PTs.
