Temp 65 Wind 5 mph.
Easy Ten. Day after run in K5s. Seems like its always something. Today is big toe on right foot. Cannot get comfortable in shoe and have to keep adjusting and loosening laces. Throbbing / numb sensation. Not so bad going up hills or flat, but downhills are a bitch.
Expect to get a little wet, but take a couple of laps around the neighborhood to make sure lightning is staying to the west and north. Head out and toe bugging me, so slow down and head over to the flat streets and trails along the creek. Finally eased up after about five miles (or had fallen off, did not stop to check and see).
Lightning getting closer, so headed back to neighborhood to finish last two.
