No specific plan. 11-13 miles or about 2 hours of running; whatever happens. Altered original planned route and seemed to hit every hard climb in area code. Wore myself out in first seven, but Ave. HR was still only 141 at low-9 pace. Decided to go ahead and push on to HM distance. Finished with laps around lake in City Park. Pace settled in around 9:00. HR was elevated going in. Started to drift up in mile nine.

Hit biceps, triceps and core with weight circuits last night. Will run delts through some more tonight. Burning over 2000 calories in work-outs alone today. Need to eat lots and eat often.
